Hello friends! This video is meant to provide a comforting space and a reset for those who struggle with panic attacks. In the event that you are actively having a panic attack and need to know the triggers/sounds before watching, they include: my voice, ice pack crinkling, ice in water, finger tapping, and the background theta pattern binaural beats. I do not reach out to touch you in this video, and I do not come any closer to the camera. Panic attacks differ from general anxiety, both psychologically and physically. I find there is extreme importance in addressing them as such. Some things done to aid with anxiety should not be done to aid in a panic attack and vice versa. I have a separate video for anxiety if you find that better fits your needs. TIMESTAMPS: 00:00 Ice pack crinkles "It's Okay" 01:31 Holding the ice pack "You are safe" 04:47 Ice pack crinkles again, Grounding exercises 08:04 Breathing exercises, Grounding finger tapping 15:06 Ice in water/glass bowl sounds, chatting about other methods that can help panic 25:21 Checking in on how you are doing, intense ice sounds, goodbyes ________________________________________ (Disclaimer: While my content is intended to help with relaxation and sleep, it cannot nor is it intended to replace professional treatment.
