Easy Mochi Ingredients: 1 Cup of Sweet Rice Flour 1/2 Cup Sugar (you can put more if you want it sweeter) 1/3 Cup of Water Cornstarch for dusting Parchment paper Banana Nutella Direction: 1. Combine flour, sugar and water. 2. Mix well (add food colouring here if you want) 3. Microwave for 3 minutes. (NOTE: stirring between each 1 minute mark. May take longer or shorter depending on your microwave.) 4. Sprinkle some cornstarch on parchment paper, roll out your dough as thick or thin as you like. 5.
