Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You've been staying in the hospital post-op and today you're having a cozy physical therapy session to rehab your arm and shoulder. The physical therapist will gently take her time to palpate and feel the muscles in your arm before taking you through some range of motion exercise. Then she will massage your arm and both shoulders. Afterward, she will use kinesiology tape to tape up your arm and keep it supported before you're moved back to your room. 0:00 Intro 0:10 Range of motion exam 4:00 Feeling your muscles 7:33 Graston massage, lotion gloves sounds 14:30 Massage just with hands 18:25 Taping your arm 24:02 Ice pack Please be aware that this video is intended for entertainment, relaxation and ASMR purposes. ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
