This is seriously one of my favourite pasta dishes - quick, easy and super satisfying. Not the healthiest, but that's probably why I love it so much, lol. Here's how to make it (no measurements, sorry): ~Saute onion and garlic in oil. ~Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes and sugar (all to taste). ~Add diced, canned tomatoes and chopped vegan hot dogs/sausages. (I used Tofurky 'Jumbo Hot Dogs'.) Once the hot dogs are cooked and everything is heated through, the sauce is ready. ~In a separate pot, cook pasta of choice then add it to the sauce and mix well. (I used dry packet pasta - the cheap kind you get from the supermarket.) ~Serve and top with vegan parmesan. (The brand I used is called 'Sheese'. Note: this is not my favourite vegan parmesan - I prefer the Follow Your Heart brand.) ~Pair with garlic bread or what I had in the video: toasted Turkish bread with garlic and chive vegan cream cheese. (Also by the brand Sheese and this stuff is SOOOO GOOD!) As always, thank you for watching. ❤
