On the menu today: half of a delicious loaf of Turkish bread topped with vegan cheese (the brand I used is called 'Sheese'), red onion, black olives and chives. Toasted on the grill until the cheese starts to melt. My gosh was this GOOD! And just a little PSA: the Turkish bread I used contained nigella seeds.
