I’m one of those people who hates random ingredients that I seldom use cluttering up my pantry, so I needed a delicious excuse to use up some sprinkles (or ‘hundreds and thousands’ as we call them in Australia) I had lying around. My solution: a Giant Chocolate Freckle. (Or a Giant F*@king Chocolate, as I have been calling it behind the scenes.) To make this GFC, I mean GCF… *cough cough*, I simply melted some (if you call three 200-gram blocks ‘some’?) of dark chocolate, poured it into a round silicon baking tray, covered it with the aforementioned hundreds and thousands, and then put it in the fridge to set. Alas, the hundreds and thousands are not fully used up, so expect to see more wacky creations with them soon. (The sequel is never as good as the original, though…) As always, thank you for watching ❤️
