Today I felt like something a little more on the healthy side, so I opted for a colourful and nutritious nourish bowl. If you’re not familiar with the term, a nourish bowl is essentially just a bunch of healthy foods thrown together (correction: ‘perfectly placed’ together, haha) in a bowl. The more Instagrammable, the better! What’s in my nourish bowl, you ask? We’ve got brown rice, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kidney beans, avocado, sticky ginger glazed tofu (minced ginger, sugar, soy sauce, water) and a generous spoonful of beetroot dip. On the side is a mixed berry smoothie and the remainder of the sticky ginger sauce for the tofu. As always, thank you for watching ❤️
