Today I’m trying out this delicious selection of sweet and savoury treats that I bought from a vegan market in Sydney. On the sweet side: a slice of black forest cake, a lemon meringue pie, a peanut butter cup and cookie dough cupcake, a salted caramel cupcake, a chocolate crackle and a piece of baklava. On the savoury side: a pizza scroll, a spanakopita pastry, a ‘pork’ bun and a ‘butter chicken’ pie. My absolute favourite from the bunch: the lemon meringue pie! The crust, the curd and the meringue were beyond amazing. I am definitely going back to that market next month to get more! As always, thank you for watching ❤️
