Welcome! Tonight we’ll spend some time relaxing and getting ready to sleep. This is a very simple, lo-fi video with no bells and whistles (literal or figurative). But it does have a fish! And fish are so lovely and relaxing☺️ We will practice being present where we are and in our bodies by breathing deeply and using our senses to notice our environments with gratitude. Then, feel free to close your eyes and relax your entire body as I tell you a visualization story.
