Happy Easter, my Hungry Herbies! Today I'm eating an Easter favourite: hot cross buns. These aren't a special vegan bun they're just the regular kind (from the supermarket) which happen to be vegan. I've toasted the half I'll be eating and smothered them in some creamy vegan butter. I also have a cold glass of soy milk to wash it all down.
