On the menu today: a plate of chewy, delicious Anzac biscuits washed down with a warm cup of sweet and milky (soy) black tea. Anzac biscuits are a popular type of cookie in Australia, primarily made with oats, golden syrup, coconut and butter. Luckily for me, these ones (purchased from the supermarket) were made using margarine instead of butter thus making them vegan. Score! Moral of the story: always check ingredients in the off chance you'll find an unexpectedly vegan treat! As always, thank you for watching! ❤️
