On today's menu: a massive vegan cheese pizza slice that was absolutely delicious! ● Pizza base and vegan cheese (mozarella and parmesan by the brand Follow Your Heart) were purchased from the supermarket. ● Sauce was home-made: sauté one diced onion in some oil, add 2 cloves of minced garlic, half a teaspoon of dried chili flakes, one teaspoon dried oregano, 3 pinches of salt, one or two teaspoons of sugar and 1 can of diced tomatoes.
