Today I’m eating a combination of two of my favourite things: jalapeño poppers and grilled cheese! To make this delicious grilled cheese sandwich, I used Pane di Casa bread smothered in vegan butter then layered it with some vegan cream cheese, finely chopped pickled jalapeños and a few slices of vegan cheddar.
