Hey guys! It's a burger and fries! 😜 A vegan burger, that is. 😉 I made the patty for this burger using plant-based 'mince' (by the brand Funky Fields - available from Woolworths Australia), mixing it with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and a bit of soy sauce. Once it was all seasoned, I formed the 'mince' into rissole-sized patties. The toppings I used on the burger were: vegan cheese, vegan mayo, pickle relish, ketchup, fresh onion, fresh tomato and fresh lettuce. And the bun was lightly toasted. On the side, I have some simple freezer-style fries and more ketchup. As always, thank you for watching! ❤️
