Not only did they cool me down and quench my thirst, they satisfied my need for a little something sweet in lieu of a standard savoury lunch. Here’s how I made them: • Berry smoothie: soy milk + frozen mixed berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry). • Spinach smoothie: soy milk + baby spinach + green apple + banana + lemon. • Mango smoothie: soy milk + frozen mango. • Chocolate smoothie: soy milk + ice + cocoa powder + banana + peanut butter + maple syrup.
