On the menu today: delicious and filling breakfast burritos with a side of breakfast juice! To make the burritos I used a sun-dried tomato and herb wrap stuffed with the following ingredients: sautéed red peppers, tofu scramble (this recipe: http://goo.gl/rKJSb4), vegan sausage, vegan mayo, fresh red onion, fresh parsley and Tabasco sauce. And, in true fashion, I smothered my food in sauce! BBQ sauce. :) As always, thank you for watching. ❤️
