This is one of my go-to treats when I'm craving noodles, but am too lazy to make anything fancy. And it works so well because simple is more often better. (At least, I think so!) To make this dish: ~Lightly cook your vegetables (I used onion, red peppers/capsicum and broccoli) ~Cook your noodles (I used Hokkien) ~Combine the veggies, noodles and sauce on the stove and heat through until nice and hot (I used a pre-made jar sauce from Aldi. I can't remember the name, but it's a sweet one with soy sauce and garlic) As always, thank you for watching. ❤
