On the ASMR menu today is a satisfying Subway veggie sub, potato chips and a vanilla bean coconut milk. This Subway veggie sub is completely vegan!* Here’s how I like it made: a white roll and a veggie patty (toasted), with lettuce, tomato, capsicum, onion, olive, jalapeno, pickle, sweet chilli sauce, sweet onion sauces plus salt and pepper. Yum, yum, YUM! It was also my first time trying the vanilla coconut milk drink in my video and I could not get over how delicious was!
